Does Riot Act Deliver?
We are able to deliver to the Triple cities (Binghamton, Johnson City, Endicott). A 5 dollar fee will be placed on the order total which goes to compensating drivers. Email with the materials you would like to purchase and your address to set up a delivery.
What is the Reperations fund?
The reparations fund is a pool of money earmarked to subsidize purchases for Black and/or Indigenous people. The fund can be accessed by any Black and/or Indigenous person no questions asked and is applicable to all merchandise in the shop. Settlers are encouraged to add donations to this fund when making purchases. To donate without coming to Riot Act, email or message our social media accounts.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment meathods including card, cash, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle
How is Riot Act handling Covid-19?
For the time being, we are limiting our space to one guest at a time with a waiting area provided for guests awaiting entry. Face coverings are required inside.
Do you offer discounted prices?
In short yes. Our priority is to get educational and fulfilling books into the hands of as many people in the Southern Tier as possible. If you cannot afford a book but are interested in it, please let us know and we will accommodate in order to get the book in your hands.
How can I donate to Riot Act?
We accept both book and monetary donations. If you have books to donate message us on Facebook @RiotActBing or email to arrange a pickup or drop off.
Where is Riot Act located?
Riot Act is located in the Annex of The Bundy Museum at 129 Main Street Binghamton 13905 Binghamton New York. The Annex is the small building behind the museum past the outdoor pavilion. There is parking in the back of the building as well as along Cedar Street.
